Prepare and paint eaves, fascias, all render and timber windows to entire external of property. Seal up all timber window edges prior to painting. Prepare and paint rear door and frame. Prepare and apply two coats of sikens varnish to main front doors and frames, cosmetic repairs only.

Refix all corner angles to top of north facing fencing wall, fill and refix. After preparation, apply one coat texture by trowel to road side face only and top edge. After texture coat paint two coats of premium exterior paints to both sides of fence walls.
